Hidrotécnica de La Península S.A. it offers the services of construction of deep wells which includes/understands the following stages:

1. Transaction of the permissions for the governmental authorization to make the perforation.
2. The construction of the deep well, according to the meters authorized.
3. Accomplishment of a test of pumping to determine the maximum volume of water production of the well.
4. Harvesting of samples to carry out bacteriological analysis of the water.
5. Transaction of the Concession of the well before the governmental instances.

1. Transaction of the permissions for the governmental authorization to make the perforation.

This it includes the inspection of the site where it is tried to make the well, in order to determine by means of studies as of the sites he is ideal to carry out the perforation, with the security to reach an underground water source. The request for the perforation granting makes the geologist, professional properly credited by the School of Geologists of Costa Rica for this act. Simultaneously, one becomes the one in charge to control the construction of the well, as it establishes the law. The honoraria of the geologist represent a 9% of the cost by the construction of the well, according to establishes the No.9 article, regulation of Colegio de Geólogos de Costa Rica, by concept of supervision during the accomplishment of the well.

In order to present the request of perforation permission the following documentation is due to present:

1. Form of permission and perforation of the subsoil of MINAE.
2. Certification of the property of the land in which the perforation will be made. It must be original, have less than three months of sent by the Public Registry or Notary.
3. Certification of Legal Function and position of agent when the property of the well is legal person. It must have less than three months of sent by the Public Registry or Notary. If the property belongs to a physical person, must present photocopy of certificate of residence authenticated by a notary.

2. The construction of the deep well, according to the meters authorized.

In the construction of the deep well it takes the following stages:

1. Provision and preparation of pipe of PVC.
2. The perforation in established diameters.
3. The inspection on the part of our technicians and engineers.
4. The preparation of the grids.
5. Stone filter.
6. Development of the well to qualify the gradient of the water.
7. Guarantee in the perforation of the well of 1 year. Own damages of the perforation of the well are included.

Note:
The guarantee does not include:
a. Damages by seismic movements.
b. Collapses by floods.
c. Earthworks surround.

3. Accomplishment of a test of pumping to determine the maximum volume of water production of the well.

It is the accomplishment of a test of pumping with submersible equipment for the evaluation of the volume and yield of the well, by a time of 24 hours.

4. Harvesting of samples to carry out bacteriological analysis of the water.

It consists of gathering samples of water to make the bacteriological analysis and the chemical physicist of waters of the perforated well. These analyses are necessary by two reasons; the first bacteriological one to know if the found waters contain games of coniform totals and fecales, its percentage so that the type will be able to be known then cloración that is due to apply. 5. Transaction of the Concession of the well before the governmental instances.

Note:

If outside necessary to use additional materials like protection pipe, one will communicate to him to the client for its approval and will be received by aside. If outside necessary to perforate more of the 30 meters, the additional meters will be received, equal as if it go to the inverse one, pays solely the perforated meters.
